At iRESTORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
